Couples Therapy
50-Minute Session | $155
Designed for ongoing couples work focused on strengthening communication and connection, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, improving intimacy, and creating healthier relationship patterns.
60-Minute Session | $165
For couples who would benefit from a little additional time to process, practice new skills, and work through important conversations without feeling rushed.
90-Minute Extended Session | $225
Extended sessions provide additional time for deeper relationship work, difficult conversations, intimacy concerns, trust repair, or couples who simply find that a traditional session doesn't provide enough time.
Ongoing couples therapy is offered virtually.
Individual Therapy
50-Minute Session | $140
Individual therapy is available for those seeking support with anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, boundaries, past experiences, or personal concerns that may be affecting the way they show up within their relationships and everyday lives.

Couples Intensives
For couples who want dedicated, uninterrupted time to focus on their relationship, in-person Couples Intensives provide an opportunity to go deeper than traditional weekly therapy allows.
The Couples Reset
4 Hours | $700
A focused half-day intensive for couples wanting to address a specific concern, recurring conflict, communication pattern, or period of disconnection.
The Couples Connection
6 Hours | $1000
A full day to better understand recurring patterns, strengthen communication, and begin rebuilding emotional connection.
The Couples Transformation
2 Days • 8 Hours | $1,500
A deeper two-day experience designed to identify relationship patterns, strengthen communication, explore underlying emotional needs, repair areas of disconnection, and begin rebuilding connection.
The Couples Reconnection
3 Days • 16–18 Hours | $3,200
The most comprehensive intensive for couples who want significant, dedicated time to work through longstanding patterns, disconnection, trust concerns, intimacy difficulties, or other important relationship challenges.
Payment & Insurance
My practice is private-pay and does not accept or bill insurance.
Payment is due at the time services are provided. Couples Intensives require a deposit to reserve your dates due to the extended amount of time set aside exclusively for you and your partner.
Additional information regarding payment, scheduling, cancellations, and Couples Intensive reservations will be provided before booking.
